Parking Permits
PARKING PERMITS
The Association issues parking permits annually. The parking tag must be placed in the passenger side front window. Parking tags for the previous year will not be valid after January 31st. Residents who need a parking tag must contact the apartment owner to obtain the parking permit application.
Here are some reminders about our parking rules:
- Each household will be issued one parking tag for each vehicle owned, up to a maximum of two parking tags. You will be required to provide proof of vehicle ownership when you pick up your tag (such as insurance or registration). Residents with more than two vehicles can purchase an additional parking tag for $300.00 or find alternative offsite parking arrangements.
- Overnight guests who are parked on the property for more than three nights will require a separate parking permit that will be issued by the association. Requests for overnight permits must be emailed to saratogalakecondo@gmail.com.
- Vehicles parked on the property overnight (including those parked in car ports) that do not have a parking permit or valid license plate and up to date tag will be towed from the property. Our towing company will be authorized to drive through and remove any vehicle left overnight that does not have a valid license plate and up to date parking tag.
- Our community parking areas, car ports and garages are not to be used for abandoned, inoperable, or stored vehicles. Any vehicle that has not been moved at least once in a 14-day period will be considered to be stored. We will also not permit large commercial vehicles or vehicles with flat tires, busted windows or other conditions that would make them not road worthy or street legal to be parked on the property.
- Parking will only be permitted in the garages, car ports and designated parking areas on the property. Parking on the grass or on the side of the roadway is strictly prohibited.
- We do not permit vehicle repairs to be performed on the property.
Vehicles that are parked illegally or in violation of these rules will be towed at the owner's expense. In addition, violations of these rules will subject the resident or unit owner to a fine of $75 per incident and possible termination of parking privileges on the property.
Residents requiring parking tags must request the parking permit form from the unit owner.
